Pray, period. July 17, 2016

Lord, whenever I bring up past issues, I start the cycle of pain all over again. Please stop me! Help me to hold my tongue, to think before I speak. Change my thoughts to those of Christ's. Help me to put others' need for forgiveness above my pride.
