Pray, period. December 8, 2016

Lord, I spoke before I thought and now I have wounded my spouse. I know I cannot take away the words I have spoken. Give me the courage to ask my spouse for forgiveness. May this rift in our union be speedily mended. Forgive me, Lord. Heal our marriage.
